La Paterie/Godin - Concert - Classical Guitar

£430

This is a the forever popular La Paterie 'Concert' model in their Mahogany series.

Specifications: Solid Cedar Top / Solid Mahogany Back and Sides / High Gloss Finish / Mahogany Neck / Rosewood Fingerboard / 651mm Scale / 50.8 Nut Width / 19 Frets. Very good condition, a couple of light knocks/marks, no structural issues, a great player.

A good solid guitar with a modern aesthetic. Loud resonant bases and bright trebles. It's a brighter tone than you might normally expect from a cedar top guitar - giving some great flamenco/latin cross-over potential.

Sadao Yairi - Classical Guitar 1967 - High-End Model.

£435

A fantastic second-from-top model by the renowned Japanese luthier Sado Yairi. This is the so-called 'god c' model and was built in 1967 - a golden era for Japanese guitar-making.

A vintage collectors-item, very rare in the UK. Specifications: Solid Spruce Top / Double-Solid Rosewood Back and Sides / Ebony Fingerboard / 654mm Scale.

Built for the Japanese market - proven by the Japanese-only writing on the label - this guitar has been fully restored to great condition. It's difficult to believe it's 55 years old.

Alegre A1 'Tasmanian' Classical Guitar

£195

All-solid wood guitar by luthier Fernando Alegre from the Philippines. Solid Cedar Top / Solid Tasmanian Blackwood Back and Sides / Sound port / 650mm scale.

A deep and soulful guitar, particularly suitable for non-classical nylon string playing such as Bossa Nova or Jazz. It's well used but in full working order with no structural issues. I've used this guitar for recording and I've always enjoyed its dark, mellow tones.
